Cancellation and Return Policy

Order Cancellation within 24 Hours (Before Shipping):

Cancellation Window: Customers have the
right to cancel their orders within 24 hours of placing the order,
provided the order has not yet been shipped.

Cancellation Procedure: To cancel an order,
customers must contact our customer support team through our website,
email, or phone. Please provide your order number for reference.

Refund Process: Upon successful cancellation
within the specified time frame, a full refund will be issued to the

Shipped Orders: If the order has already been
shipped within the 24-hour window, it cannot be canceled. Customers can

Return Policy (After Receiving the Shipped Order):

Returns Accepted: We accept returns for
products that are in their original condition (unopened and unused) within
7 days of receiving the order. Please initiate the return process through

were damaged after delivery. This includes products that, by their nature,
are sensitive to handling and storage conditions.

Improper Installation: If the goods, according to their nature, require proper
installation guidance, and this guidance is not followed, we cannot accept
returns for such items once they have been installed.
