Warranty Policy

1. Limited Warranty Coverage:

Our LED lights are covered by a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a specified period from the date of purchase. The warranty period may vary depending on the specific product and will be clearly stated on the product page or packaging.

2. Warranty Claims:

- Warranty claims must include proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or invoice) and a detailed description of the defect.

- We reserve the right to assess the product to determine if the defect is covered under warranty.

3. Warranty Coverage:

- For bulbs specifically, we provide a 1-year free replacement warranty from the date of purchase in case of fuse.

- The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, including but not limited to, changes in appearance due to aging, discoloration, or damage caused by exposure to harsh chemicals or environmental conditions.

- Any unauthorized repairs or modifications made to the product will void the warranty.

- Customers are responsible for bearing the courier charges associated with returning the defective product to us for replacement.

- We do not arrange for pickup of the defective product. Customers must ship the product to our designated address at their own expense.

4. Warranty Remedies:

- If a defect is covered under warranty, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the defective product with an equivalent or similar product.

- If the product is no longer available or repair is not feasible, we may offer a refund or store credit for the purchase price of the defective product.

5. Exclusions and Limitations:
